Agency Fees
Consultation fee
Our $350 consultation fee retains our services for your search and includes:
- 1 hour in-home consultation with one of our agency’s owners, Daryl or Maggie.
- Comprehensive hiring tool kit
- 1 year membership to temporary and on-call services
- Access to candidates who have passed the SPN 20 point screening
Nanny referral fees:
- Long Term Part Time and Full Time – 15% of gross annual compensation
- Short-term (1-180 days) – 30% of gross compensation
Exclusive 1-year Guarantee
Our goal is to find lasting matches. If for any reason your nanny’s employment terminates in the first year, you will receive a credit to apply toward your next search with Stanford Park Nannies. The credit starts at 100% of the initial referral fee and is prorated depending on the duration of your Nanny ’s employment (see Referral Agreement for exact details).
