Nanny Requirements

Stanford Park Nannies is always looking for excellent candidates to fill a wide variety of childcare positions; from Temporary and Long Term Nannies and Family Assistants, to Baby Nurses & Mother’s Helpers.

Each applicant we represent must meet or surpass the minimum qualifications listed below:

• 3 years of recent professional Nanny/Childcare experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Current residence in our service area (San Mateo & Santa Clara counties)
• At least 3 years of experience as a licensed driver
• Ability to make a 1-year commitment (for long-term positions)
• U.S. Work Authorization
• Infant / child CPR certification

We have found that many of our families value additional qualifications such as formal education in child development, teaching experience, musical talent, the ability to speak more than one language and nutritional knowledge.
