Each applicant we represent must meet or surpass the minimum qualifications listed below:
- 3 years professional child care experience
- Excellent references
- Strong English communication skills
- California Driver’s license and an insured vehicle
- Ability to make a 1 year commitment (for long term jobs)
- Infant/ child CPR certification
- Ability to pass our pre-employment background checks
- U.S. Work Authorization
