Nanny Requirements

Boys Stanford Park Nannies assists families in filling a wide variety of child care positions; from Temporary and Long Term Nannies and Family Assistants, to Baby Nurses & Mother’s Helpers.

Each applicant we represent must meet or surpass the minimum qualifications listed below:
  • Recent professional nanny experience (a minimum of 3 years for part time and 5 years for full time positions)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Current residence in our service area
  • At least 3 years of experience as a licensed driver
  • Ability to make a 1 year commitment (for long term positions)
  • U.S. Work Authorization
  • Infant / child CPR certification

We have found that many of our families value additional qualifications such as; formal education in child development, teaching experience, musical talent, the ability to speak more than one language and nutritional knowledge.
